Joseph and Ashton stirring it up
This is one of those recipes where there really is no recipe. As long as you have chocolate and butter, and all kinds of lovely things to add to the mix, it will work. The idea is to make it as 'rocky' as possible, so into ours went the following:
Ingredients:
200g (7oz) dark chocolate
100g (4oz) unsalted butter
200g (7oz) digestive biscuits, lightly crushed
100g (4oz) mini marshmallows
100g (4oz) sultanas
Method:
- Lay out 12 cupcake cases on a plate
- Melt chocolate, and place in a mixing bowl
- Melt butter and mix into melted chocolate. Stir in biscuit pieces, mini marshmallows and sultanas, and mix until everything is evenly coated
- Spoon into cake cases
- Refrigerate for 25 minutes until set
- Don't eat them all at once!
