Ingredients:
200g (7oz) can of tuna in brine, drained
200g (7oz) can of sweetcorn
1 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
4 small tortilla wraps
2 spring onions, chopped
Method:
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, sweetcorn, spring onion, red pepper and mayonnaise
- Spread mixture in centre of each tortilla wrap
- Roll tightly
- Serve with a side salad
